Deliveries and or installation for climbing frames will be given when dealing with your Rainbow salesperson. Deliveries of trampolines are usually within 3 working days following the day that the order was placed. Usually trampolines are delivered within 72 hours within the UK for most orders.

*** Please be aware that as deliveries for trampolines are conducted by a carrier, we cannot pass on any individual requirements to have them deliver at specific periods of the day. It is the customer responsibility to liase with the carrier with regards to obtaining delivery times on specific days.

In compliance with the Consumer Protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000, goods can be returned within 7 days for a full refund. It is the responsibilty (including the cost) of the consumer to return the unused goods in their original packaging using a safe and secure method to return the goods. Proof of dispatch may be required. Once the goods have been received we will refund the consumer using the original payment method.

In the case of a faulty part, we will offer a repair / replacement part in compliance with the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and the Sale and Supply of Goods to Consumers Regulation 2002. We will request proof / images of the damaged / faulty parts.
