The safety of your children is important to us. Rainbow Play Systems is always searching out the highest quality building materials so we can provide the best swing sets in the industry. Rainbow swing sets are constructed with commercial grade materials; however, our play systems are intended for residential use only and are not recommended for heavy commercial applications such as public parks and schools.

Because we choose the highest quality materials, we are able to offer outstanding warranties on our swing sets. Each Rainbow Play System is unique based on the features and components your family chooses to design your perfect swing set. There are literally hundreds of components and pieces that go into making each Rainbow swing set, each with its own lifetime or 5-year warranty. The overall warranty you see below covers the Rainbow Original Castles and Rainbow Original Clubhouses. Please refer to component photos to determine the precise warranty coverage for your unique swing set. And remember, many of our Factory Direct Showrooms offer annual safety checks and maintenance plans to keep your swing set safe and ready for play in your backyard.

A note about wood: The wooden components in your Rainbow Play System will have imperfections; surface cracks, knot holes and knots are natural characteristics of wooden play equipment. Imperfections that do not affect structural integrity are not covered under this warranty.

	All wooden components. Excludes seasonal checks, surface cracks, knot holes and knots.		All Scoop, rainbow wave and spiral slides, crawl tunnel and crow’s nest.
	Bronze bushing swing hangers, tire swivel, king kong swivel and structural bolts. (warranty excludes surface rust.)		Swing beam plate and brackets, monkey bar brackets, metal cozy rails, dipped climbing rungs and trapeze bar.

	Carnival slides, disc, steering wheel, ship's wheel, telescope, binoculars and tic tac toe.		Firepole, toddler swing, glider, and all tarps.
	Chain ladder, chains, swings, powder-coated rungs, screws and plastic triangles.		Talk tube, nylon bushing swing hangers, bubble panel, safety handles and rock wall rocks.

If you are working directly with your local showroom, all labour costs, travel expenses and any other charges involved in the installation or replacement of the parts will be your (the purchaser's) responsibility.

Commercial use of the residential range of systems is prohibited and will have no nulify warranty claims as the residential systems are designed for residential use only. Rainbow Play Systems, Inc.® reserves the right to examine photographs or physical evidence of merchandise claimed to be defective, and to recover said merchandise, prior to disposition of warranty claims. Merchandise returned to our factory for examination or recovery must be shipped freight prepaid, unless a Return Authorization Number is issued.

No warranty is offered on equipment subjected to abuse, negligence, improper installation, vandalism, acts of God, unauthorized alteration or attachment to equipment other than our own, or improper use, service or repair by customer or any third party. Rainbow Play Systems, Inc.® assumes no responsibility for incidental or consequential damages which may arise from the purchase or use of our equipment. Please supervise your children's play activity and maintain your play equipment periodically.

This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for use.

Rainbow Play Systems, Inc.® does not assume, or authorize any person or representative to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.
